On View
Not on viewIn Homage to the Square, his seminal body of work consisting of over one thousand paintings and prints, Albers explored what he understood to be color’s magical ability to change its appearance depending on context. In these works, as in his classroom exercises, Albers invites us to better understand and experience color through our observation of its changing behavior in different situations.
